Vinpearl Discovery Greenhill Phu Quoc

We loved the location of the resort, being close to the night markets and the Safari. the beach was also stunning! We enjoyed the comfortable beds and spacious villa. the staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay more enjoyable. Breakfast provided many options.

Sadly, the cleanliness of the villa could have been better.

Wanted to explore Phu Quoc and this hotel was convenient base for doing it. People were very welcoming and ready to render a great service. It is close enough to the beautiful beach. Worth its 5 stars.

the pool is lovely. resort is near to nice beach. the bed was comfortable, we loved it and slept well.

The location on a beautiful beach was perfect for spending the day lounging in the sun. The staff was attentive, providing tuk tuk transportation to different hotels and to the night markets. The villas were modern and well-appointed, making me feel like I was staying at a 5-star resort. Plus, breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of options.

The private villa was really comfortable, spacious, and offered great privacy. the staff was friendly, available, and attentive. One of the best aspects was the shuttle service to and from the airport, which made the transfer smoother and more comfortable. the breakfast provided was varied, delicious, and appropriate for different tastes.

The location of the hotel was inconvenient, therefore activities outside the hotel were limited. the cleaning service could have been improved, as it was not thorough, and some items were missing in the toiletries.

The staff was friendly and supportive, always willing to help and have a chat. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, with a beautiful pool and comfortable rooms. The key location was also a plus, with easy access to the beach and nearby shops.

Cleanliness was also an issue, as we noticed pests in our room and common areas. the check-in process was slow and unorganized.

The exclusive amenities provided at this hotel were beyond luxurious. My private villa was spacious and well-appointed, with a beautiful living room and private facilities. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, they were always friendly and helpful.

I found the local food at the restaurant to be a bit too spicy for my taste, which I think could be rectified by seasoning local dishes more carefully to cater to different palates.
